Physician
Dr. Joshua Durham is a dedicated physician with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Idaho State University and a medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a family practice residency at Research Family Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He then served as a teaching physician in rural Kansas, providing exceptional patient care and mentoring future healthcare professionals.
After his rural service, Dr. Durham returned to Idaho. He joined Saint Alphonsus Health System and then opened Durham Family Medicine. He continues to be actively involved in educating medical and nurse practitioner students, sharing his expertise and passion for patient care. Dr. Durham’s journey from education to rural healthcare and his commitment to teaching make him a respected figure in the medical community. His dedication to patient care, wealth of knowledge, and compassionate approach continue to positively impact those he serves.
Amy Mgonja, PharmD, BCGP
Pharmacist
Amy Mgonja, an accomplished clinical consultant pharmacist, boasts a wealth of experience in the realm of older adult healthcare. Her journey includes the attainment of a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Idaho State University and a valuable residency with the Indian Health Services in Oklahoma, where she honed her skills in providing exceptional patient care, and serving individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Amy’s professional journey has led her through various clinical settings, including critical access hospitals, long-term post-acute care, acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and corrections. As a board-certified geriatrics specialist, she exhibits a special dedication to assisting older adults in safely reducing unnecessary medications.
Notably, Amy holds a certification as a medication safety professional, underscoring her unwavering commitment to ensuring the safe use of medications. She approaches her work with a proactive mindset, consistently identifying and addressing potential risks to patient health while relentlessly pursuing avenues to enhance the quality of care for all patients.

Brooklyn Grange, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Brooklyn provides comprehensive primary care with a special focus on inclusive women’s health, including preventive care, thyroid care, hormone replacement, and reproductive health. She is eager to work with patients to figure out solutions to health concerns leading to improved quality of life. Brooklyn chose to join Durham Family Medicine because she agrees with the philosophy of lifestyle modification before pharmaceutical intervention whenever possible. She is excited to provide individualized, patient-centered care supporting long-term wellness.
Brooklyn earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Idaho State University Physician Assistant Program. Before graduate training, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University, where she also played for the BYU women’s rugby team. During her studies, Brooklyn worked in an ophthalmology clinic, gaining important patient care experience as she prepared for her Physician Assistant career.
Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Brooklyn thrives on the outdoor adventures that define her hometown, such as hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Brooklyn is excited and honored for the opportunity to practice in and support the community that shaped her.
